1. General Manager Chiu Yamin subsidizes 6 students from depressed area and provides the aid for their study fees. She keeps in touch with those students and encourages them to study hard and make contribution to the county.
2. Since this year, the hotel began to introduce the advanced management personnel. Up to now, there are 6 middle-level managers worked for our hotel, thus, played a great role in promoting innovation.
3. The union organized a Suzhou and Wuxi travelling journey for trade union activists and union group leaders, which promotes a new innovation step for our hotel management.
4. The trade union held a sea-coast barbecue activity at the beach coast in Beilun ChunXiao for 120 hotel staff.
5. At the Championship Contest of Yong Workers of Service Industry held by Beilun Tourism Bureau, Mr. Yu Xiangrong, the hotel lobby and guest room attendant, awarded the second prize of Integrated Service Award. And Zhan Wenming won the third prize of Restaurant Service Award.
6. At the Hotel Service Championship Contest held by Ningb Tourism Bureau, Qi Jia Shan Hotel got the Group Bronze Award, meanwhile, Ms. Hu Ying, the captain of guest room lobby won the Silver Integrated Service Award. |
